The System Auto-Emailing you the Documents

• Open you Account Settings and Preferences
• Turn on the 'Email me Documents After Purchase' option
• Save the Changes
• Now every time you purchase documents, the system will automatically email them to you.

Manually Emailing yourself the Documents

• After successfully paying for your invoice, a button is provided in the post-payment page for you to email the documents to yourself.
• NB: The documents are usually sent to the email address that was used during the check out process or the primary email address for logged in users

Logging in and Downloading the Documents

• Go to the sign in page and log in to your user account (Using the email address you entered during the check out process)
• After a successful log in, go the main navigation menu on the left side of the web app and click Library Menu the My Collection
• Here you can view and download all the documents you have successfully purchased
• Alternatively you can just search for the documents then hit the download button

• Open the Support Page and contact us via Email or WhatsApp to get the documents sent to you.
